Candidates must possess deep subject matter expertise in the behavioral sciences including motivation, mindset, habit formation, and behavioral economics. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build innovative consumer-focused features, is effective at executing detailed deliverables on time, is capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, engages in open discussion and debate well, and is not afraid of a challenge. Key Qualifications PhD in a behavioral science field Product experience or experience working in companies with regulated medical products or digital health products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts and communicate these to non-medical team members. Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments Description Conduct thorough literature reviews and summarize key points Identify the various theories in the behavioral sciences and engage with experts within the field Synthesize information from multiple disciplines and theories to form a unique methodology Create frameworks and protocols for implementation Partner with engineering teams to support algorithm development Design feasibility and outcome studies Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical product development Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders Anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks.
