Responsible for the short and long term 3rd party vendor operational strategy and support model, continuous improvements of business processes, new process implementation, vendor selection, coordination of vendor onboarding, critical issue resolution, and regular business reviews. Responsibility for contract and relationship management, financial and quantitative analysis of vendor performance, and ensuring continued alignment between our leadership and vendors.

This role will Including:

• Build out, document, and oversee a repeatable process for managing all 3rd party engineering contracted spend across the Multi Data Alliance (MDA)
  
• Comprehensive tracking of every SOW / PO / Invoice that hits an MDA cost center including when contingent labor resources are expiring so extension requests are submitted in a timely fashion, tracking invoiced services vs. available PO funds and burn rates, etc.
  
• Submit all PO requisitions for 3rd party contract spend requested by MDA resource managers, and driving those through the process effectively to signature and onboarding
  
• Auditing Services Procurement, OTL, Beeline, etc. data to ensure matching between SOW expectations, CTE time charged, and invoiced/billed hours
  
• Fielding status requests from resource managers on these activities, investigating vendor payment issues, working with GSO to ensure alignment between engineering asks and sourcing standards set by GSO
  
• Perform ad-hoc analysis such as cap labor/timesheet analysis in response to timesheet/capex behaviors etc.
  
• Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure vendors are meeting contractual SLAs.
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives partnering with internal stakeholders across multiple lines of business and disciplines to drive efficiency with suppliers and determine opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements
  

What experience you need:

• 3+ years vendor / contract negotiation & management
  
• 3+ years process improvement
  
• 3+ years experience in performing financial analysis (including strong analytical skills and ability to gather, manipulate, and analyze data from various resources)
