LEARNING COORDINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER at University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma

CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.

The Program Coordination Supervisor coordinates projects for publicly funded contacts through the Outreach Center for Public Management; provides direction for day-to-day operational activities for all Child Welfare New Specialist training activities, including but not limited to:

• Educational resources (i.e. Website, LMS)


• Working with any collaborative efforts (i.e. coordination, trainer coordination and scheduling, etc.) and catering and lodging needs


• Is responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation, and training of Program Coordinators


• Plans coordinates, prioritizes, monitors, and evaluates blended learning and program utilizing classroom and multimedia formats


• Guides and oversees development of supporting materials to meet training objectives


• Interfaces with staff, customers, University departments, and vendors


• Addresses any escalated issues in collaboration with the Manager


• Supports any complex activities


• Review and approve administrative documentation such as timesheets, leave requests, and evaluations;


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education: Bachelor Degree,  AND:

• 48 months in accounting, business, program management, or related experience.

Skills:

• Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines


• Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives


• Customer service

• None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to reach, stand, engage in repetitive motions, communicate, hear and see. Ability to speak including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others;

Departmental Preferences:

• Masters Degree


• Professional experience working with state government agencies, specifically Child Welfare programs

Supervision: 1-5 Staff
