Role Summary

Provides high-quality support to clients with moderately complex service requests on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, assists clients by responding to phone, electronic correspondence, and other inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.


• Responds to straightforward client questions on product features and provides more advanced technical assistance. Influences client adoption of digital capabilities


• Investigates issue resolution in client accounts. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.


• Reviews daily unresolved client inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and closure. Assists junior colleagues in resolving outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND


• 1+ years of total relevant work experience


• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses must be held and active or obtained within 90 days.

Base salary range for the primary location of:

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.  Salary range disclosure as required by sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado and S9427A when hiring in New York.
