Job Description:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Full-Time or Part-Time position

Shifts Available:

• 2:30p - 10:30pm


• 10:30pm - 6:30am

We have available positions to work in our assisted living, memory care & skilled nursing areas.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal and restorative nursing care to residents pertaining to a variety of aspects of individual's daily life/routine


• Record required daily resident care information into digital charting system


• Complete regular cleaning duties as assigned on the nursing unit


• Facilitate a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff and guests

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)


• CNA Certification in Illinois (required)


• Ability to work cooperatively in a team atmosphere


• Have strong listening, communication & hospitality skills


• Good computer skills & be able to learn how to use electronic medical records system


• Ability to bend, lift, transfer & transport residents
