Account Executive - Caesars Entertainment Studio

Our Account Executives partner with Creative, Brand Marketing Directors, Pod, and property marketing leaders to deliver operational discipline, delivery excellence and speed to market for their respective Caesars Entertainment property(s). They should be an effective communication professional able to handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. Additionally, they work with Marketing leaders to apply knowledge about client's competitive landscape and understand data/business results and their impact. They are trusted to build relationships across all of Caesars Entertainment resources and capabilities.

You'll use your experience leading studio projects to hit the ground running and help grow Studio's role with our client. This includes articulating and supporting the client's marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and plans. The Account Executive brings the best thinking that the Studio can offer to their property contacts, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that they are delivered to the client as scoped - on time and on budget.

Responsibilities


  • Independently manages full lifecycle of project on time, ensuring objectives and deadlines are understood.
  • Oversee all creative channels to proactively prioritize, manage and identify risks, and present solution-oriented options to project stakeholders.
  • Leads internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently inclusive of complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Effectively use program management tools to move projects through the studio and deliver assets to the client.
  • Creates action items for others and actively monitors their progress.
  • Understands, clarifies and communicates client requests and changes to the internal teams.
  • Collaborates with Paid Media/Hotel Sales/Consumer Insights to develop and present insights on campaign performance and business trends.
  • Works with and collaborates across multiple client stakeholders.
  • Provides business updates by leading regularly scheduled status meetings with their direct supervisor.
  • Manages multiple projects at the same time against varying timelines.
  • Enforce and guide compliance standards with mandated processes to ensure workflow efficiency, effectiveness and solutions are adhered to between all touchpoints.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience in project management, resort setting, marketing/advertising/communications.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Curious and active listener who knows which questions to ask, and of whom.
  • Understands the role that data play in our industry.
  • Excellent written skills including the ability to write comprehensive creative briefs.
  • Lead and motivate across functional areas throughout all stages of a project life cycle.
  • Know how to frame an issue and offer solutions when a problem arises.
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility and maintain a high energy level.
