Responsibilities:
Provide Level II IT customer support including configuration, installation, testing,and troubleshooting
deployment of computer systems, peripherals and software within established standards and guidelines
Activities require one-on-one interaction with end users and the IT support staff
Must be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner
Responsibilities also encompass the management, tracking and resolution of support tickets
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain CompTIA A+ certification and associated CE certificate within 6 months of employment
2+ years of end–user computer support experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma
Ability to work independently
US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I (A+) or Level II (Security +) certification and associated CE certificate
Prior DoD or Army working environment experience a plus
ServiceNow ticketing experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Active Secret clearance
