Design a wide variety of digital assets including homepages, landing pages, emails, banners, social media ads, and site experiences
Execute seasonal campaigns across digital channels in partnership with Assoc. Creative Director and E-Commerce leadership
Work closely with site team, merchants, marketing, and copy teams to obtain all relevant information, technical requirements and timelines for each project
Partner with site merchandising and front-end developers to lead & execute UX/UI projects
Consistently deliver on business and creative goals through design
Develop innovative, interactive solutions that leverage web functionality to optimize engagement and user experience
Independently identify issues and resolutions
Complete projects both independently or in partnership with other designers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years of experience designing for web and digital media
Ecommerce experience required
Excellent graphic design and typography skills
Strong understanding of user experience and user interface
Working familiarity with HTML, CSS and other front-end coding languages. Front end coding ability preferred
Strong understanding of: responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
Ability to remain creative, prioritize and handle multiple projects while producing high quality work under fixed deadlines
Ability to take a project from start to finish, build a wireframe mockup and turn it into a responsive website
Possess a high degree of interest and capacity to learn emerging new technologies
Demonstrated ability to understand and capture premium brand aesthetic
Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign
