Strategic Management Partners, LLC- has an opening available for an Apartment Service Supervisorat Forest Creek Apartments. The community is in Forest Park, Ga. and has 136apartment homes.
This position is responsible for, the general maintenance/service and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment and when present, other maintenance staff. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pool chemicals, and related systems.
