Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will join our Data & Digital Team and help implement quality initiatives approved by the QA Engineering Director as well as help implement best practices and organizational initiatives as set forth by Leadership. You will have responsibility of overseeing day-to-day testing and certification of software solutions developed as well as conducting hands on test design, execution and reporting. You will either be driving the development of or leading the rollout of company automated frameworks and solutions. You will also help monitor and mentor more junior Quality Engineers to ensure that teammates follow defined standards, troubleshoot issues, resolve questions regarding usage of QE tools and appropriately apply test rigors to verify quality deliverables resulting in no/few Production issues while delivering on schedule. The ideal candidate will also have experience in defining QE metrics, establishing efficient means to capture source data, establish metric reporting dashboards/reports, identify trends, and propose improvement initiatives.
Crown is building a Quality Engineering capability to deliver and ensure quality across software products supported by Data & Digital. We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who has in-depth knowledge and experience in software testing and best practices with hands-on manual test execution for GUI, API, DB and/or mobile applications along with test automation development experience. In the Data and Digital group, you will grow your skills in an environment that emphasizes creativity, collaboration and empowerment. You will work on an Agile Team with talented, diverse and dynamic professionals to plan, design, commit and deliver impactful business capabilities.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 15% travel.
For New York City residents the expected salary range is between $102,000 - $146,700
For Colorado residents, the salary range for this role is $102,000 - $146,700 + annual incentive + RSU + benefits: 401(k) plan, PTO, healthcare (medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug), tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program.
