Information Technology Department:


Our Information Technology (IT) department has over 70 people focused on supporting the business and driving integrated technology solutions.


General Responsibilities:


The Information Technology Compliance Senior Manager will report to the VP Infrastructure & Operations.  As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex IT compliance, technology, and business issues from strategy to execution. Some of the general responsibilities of the Senior Manager role include but are not limited to:



  • Helping maintain and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley from an IT General Controls perspective

  • Helping develop and/or assist with maintaining or ensuring compliance with programs such as PCI, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery

  • Understanding existing or new regulations related to IT compliance

  • Interacting with external and internal auditors


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in IT audit, consulting, or IT compliance preferred


Field of Study:


Can be from any of: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar


Minimum Years of Experience:


5+ year(s) of IT controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing IT controls solutions


Certification(s):


CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, etc.


Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an IT Audit / IT Compliance background with extensive knowledge of providing services related to Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls around financial reporting, compliance, operational processes, including business process and IT management controls. 


The candidate will have a proven record of success with managing the following: 



  • Sarbanes-Oxley reporting and information technology risks, processes and controls

  • Current and emerging technologies which may include: Oracle, web development tools, windows, UNIX, and security technologies

  • Core risks, processes and internal controls related to non-financial reporting, both business and Information Technology

  • COSO Framework, CoBIT, ITIL and/or other leading business and IT control frameworks

  • Led IT related controls assurance or controls readiness projects associated with external audits, internal audits, and service organization controls reports, e.g., SOC1 and SOC2 reports

  • Identified key IT risks and controls, recommend improved controls, perform controls readiness projects and identify and assess configuration of controls in financial reporting related business processes as well as in IT infrastructure, Security, Change Management, Operations and Program Development

  • Managed Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery projects, Third-Party Risk Management, PCI, Cybersecurity, and Privacy projects

  • Managed and coached staff as they perform assessments to evaluate controls, security, segregation of duties, and executed audit procedures

  • Demonstrates extensive project management skills related to IT audit projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables

  • Demonstrates extensive abilities as a team leader, which includes creating a positive environment; respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress

  • Ability to interpret the impact and requirements of new laws and regulations

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and speaking skills
