What You’ll Do

• Working supervisor for Application Processing and Closing Coordinator teams




• Review of credit applications for completeness, credit checks, fraud, and other required due diligence




• Perform pre-closing file reviews as quality check and determination that all closing requirements have been met




• Draft approval documents and present these to Relationship Managers and/or borrowers




• Coordinate closing, funding, and booking of loans




• Ensuring files are uploaded and stored for retention and all reports updated accordingly




• Work closely with department manager as major contributor to department development, direction, and overall performance




• Oversee training, scheduling, and management of team members




• Maintain pipelines




• Other duties as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field




• At least 5-7 years of related experience including managing others




• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills




• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
