WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic AccountManager(AM) to join our Account Management Team. As an AM, you have sold complex Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions and come with a myriad of prior relationships.The primary priority of this position is devising strategies to improve services and build positive relationships with key JAGGAER clients.

As a successful candidate, you are an accomplished sales professional, ideally with Spend Management and/or eProcurement industry experience. You have a tenacious approach to strategic sales in globally targeted accounts, a consistently proven record of accomplishment of performance, and the ability to access and navigate complex sales

Principal Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive, own, and deliver on sales targets for JAGGAER SaaS solutions through effectual upselling, and cross-selling into JAGGAER’s customer accounts

    • Drive transformational deals

    • Ability to help grow 7-figure deals



  • Develop a Strategic Account Plan for each strategic account, then drive the execution of that plan to success

  • Engage with C-level customers to position JAGGAER’s enterprise value proposition and propel the deal to closure

  • Proactively supply trusted thought leadership to target accounts

  • Co-sell & collaborate with Alliance Partners as needed

  • Develop and deliver first-rate Executive Sales proposals to C-level

  • Track activity and support the system of record in SFDC

Position Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:


  • Successful track record in accomplishing sales targets within a Hunter role

    • Proven record of accomplishment of selling into Fortune 500 organizations

  • Proficiency in the selling of complex Enterprise SaaS solutions (P2P & S2P preferred)

  • Ability to drive & positively influence conversations at the C-level:


    • Advanced understanding of procurement knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with CPOs (Chief Product Officer)

    • Advanced understanding of supply chain knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with COOs (Chief Operations Officer)

    • Advanced understanding of Finance knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with CFOs (Chief Financial Officer)



  • Proven ability to build and deliver credible and compelling business value propositions within the C-Suite

  • Highly collaborative energy: You independently initiate collaborative problem-solving sessions with co-workers, other departments, and/or partners which result in a plan to close more deals.

  • Proactive: You proactively seek the help needed to be successful. You do not wait to be instructed and are very entrepreneurial in your approach to business.

  • Hungry to succeed: You go above and beyond, spend the extra time, make the extra call, or have one more prep session to get it right.

  • Networking: You are active on social media, involved in business associations, leverage your network, and embrace partners.
