Job Summary:

Assist in the administration of all aspects of the Esports program facilities, programs, marketing, equipment maintenance, and budgets.

Duties/Physical Demands:

1. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and student staff for activities within the Armstrong Student Center Esports arena and lounge.
2. Act as a liaison between academic departments, varsity Esports, Armstrong Student Center, venue management software (GG Leap) and the Recreational Sports Center.
3. Administer university Esports broadcasts through the official Miami Twitch channel
4. Provide budgetary oversight to create an economically sustainable program that produces a net revenue which allows for the replacement of equipment on an annual basis.
5. Marketing and outreach programs to Miami students while expanding participation to faculty, staff, and external groups.
6. Lead varsity Esport team's stream, production and content generation.
7. Team management of Valorant and other Esport teams
8. Provide clean, usable and safe spaces and equipment
9. Develop sponsorships and donor campaigns to supplement participant revenue streams

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree required.
2. One to three years relevant work experience
