ASSISTANT DEAN FOR ACADEMIC PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION AND ANALYSIS, Metropolitan College Tracking Code22500253791018Job Description

The Assistant Dean of Academic Program Administration and Analysis is responsible for managing the colleges academic programs, in more than 100 different programs of study, including 65 unique bachelors and masters degrees, taught by 324 faculty, to 5500 students per semester with approximately 21,000 enrollments per year.



Main duties include:



  • Direct operational and policy aspects of academic affairs in conjunction with the Dean and the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

  • Serve as the point person for the academic units at the College with responsibility for administrating academic programs, operations and initiatives, and serve as a member of the College's overall senior executive team.

  • Work closely with the Dean and the Senior Associate Dean, in managing the College's day-to-day functioning and strategic initiatives and represent the College in various University-wide committees and efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Provosts Office on a number of initiatives related to, undergraduate and graduate programs, learning outcomes assessment, and program evaluation.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree required, Ph.D. preferred

  • 12+ years of related experience.
