WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

What are we looking for? JAGGAER is looking for a seasoned Webmaster / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing team. You should bring with you an eye for digital design, campaign management, SEO problem-solving, social strategic design and a flair for website coding.

You’ll be working within an international marketing department, collaborating with colleagues in the US, Europe, Middle East and APAC. We want a passionate marketer who keeps up to date with new developments in digital marketing strategy. You should be able to work well with people from all cultures, are used to cross-functional collaboration, and a great communicator too. Please be prepared to share the results you have achieved in driving ROI and building growth opportunities from the campaigns you have managed.

Principal Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Own and lead the strategy for shaping the digital face of the company, the corporate website - jaggaer.com, as well as our secondary microsites – knowledge of WordPress required

  • Manage 3 rd party developers, contractors, and/or web development agency to maintain, update, and enhance all owned websites

  • Collaborate with Martech team to evaluate and manage technology integrations to support the objectives of the marketing team

  • Prepare on-boarding training for new team members, present workshops on website best practices to growth marketing team members, and create processes for continuing education using WordPress

  • Champion the SEM strategy for the digital ad channels and manage the daily responsibilities for search and display campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, G2, and more

  • Create, analyze, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to create an optimized vision of the website, its content, and other digital resources

  • Collaborate with our Social Media Specialist to enhance organic campaigns, analyze results and align organic messaging with paid ad opportunities

  • Build alliances with internal stakeholders across different teams to provide a positive working relationship with each of them

  • Work with Marketing Operations to create holistic digital dashboards to report success, opportunities, and failures to develop a better website and advertising tactics

Position Requirements

What you will bring:


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in website development and maintenance and SEO

  • 5 or more years of experience running PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads

  • A tested understanding and experience in setting up cross-channel digital marketing campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of website platforms like WordPress, Drupal or ExpressionEngine

  • A background in content production such as blog writing, video creation or editing is an advantage

  • A wizard of SEO techniques, both on-page and off-page, and you can demonstrate knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and SEO toolsincludesSEMRush


  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS-based technology company


  • Experience with Salesforce isan advantage

  • A background in ABM marketing is helpful
