Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems and department.
Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Monitor performance of the cloud vendors resolution of help desk tickets, system performance and end-user satisfaction.
Coordinates multi-site IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Performs systems administration functions, normal user/computer account operations in AD, including creating user profiles and accounts, setup access rights.
Sets up and maintain corporate telecommunications/conferencing systems including phone systems, cell phone accounts, mobile devices, and fax machines.
Possess documented MCSA-Windows Server 2016 Certification or Bachelors in Information Technology and Information Systems. If no certification or degree, must have a minimum of five (5) years general experience in providing Network Infrastructure and System Administration support; and two (2) years of specific experience in performing the duties as listed above under the heading "General Functions".
Must be experienced administering hosted Cloud based applications (Outlook 365; Adobe, etc.)
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Teams, SharePoint Online)
Must possess sound analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a variety of users having different levels of computer expertise. Ability to resolve end user problems in a timely manner.
Skill in installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
Experience working with Government Contractors preferred.
Experience working with NIST 800 and CMMC preferred.
