GENERAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems and department.

  • Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.

  • Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.

  • Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.

  • Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.

  • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

  • Monitor performance of the cloud vendors resolution of help desk tickets, system performance and end-user satisfaction.

  • Coordinates multi-site IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).

  • Performs systems administration functions, normal user/computer account operations in AD, including creating user profiles and accounts, setup access rights.

  • Sets up and maintain corporate telecommunications/conferencing systems including phone systems, cell phone accounts, mobile devices, and fax machines.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Possess documented MCSA-Windows Server 2016 Certification or Bachelors in Information Technology and Information Systems. If no certification or degree, must have a minimum of five (5) years general experience in providing Network Infrastructure and System Administration support; and two (2) years of specific experience in performing the duties as listed above under the heading "General Functions".

  • Must be experienced administering hosted Cloud based applications (Outlook 365; Adobe, etc.)

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Teams, SharePoint Online)

  • Must possess sound analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a variety of users having different levels of computer expertise. Ability to resolve end user problems in a timely manner.

  • Skill in installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.

  • Experience working with Government Contractors preferred.

  • Experience working with NIST 800 and CMMC preferred.
