About the Role 

First PREMIER Bank is looking for an individual to join our Marketing team! This Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting various individuals in the Marketing Department by coordinating the workflow of the day-to-day operations in support of Bank and Corporate objectives, as we work to maintain/increase market share.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to support various marketing activities.


• Support marketing associates in organizing and executing various projects.


• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.


• Assist in executing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to ensure success.


• Basic accounting and general ledger administration.


• Invoice processing, filing and tracking.


• Communicate and work with multiple vendors, customers and PREMIER associates.


• Provide required support for the Marketing team including advertising/promotions, donations/sponsorships, event planning, public relations, digital, etc.


• Assist with tracking budgets, timelines, results and various analytics and writing necessary reports.


• Coordinates the efficient and effective workflow for the project to ensure timelines are met.


• Receive appropriate approvals from business unit managers, Compliance, etc.


• Maintain necessary files for regulatory compliance.


• Work with various vendors for supplies, catering, entertainment, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business is preferred.


• 1 or more years of marketing, financial or banking industry experience required.


• Must have the ability to work independently, a high level of attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, good written/oral communication skills, and be self-motivated.


• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization comfortably, including top management.
