Position Overview
Manage, document and support front-line production activities. Assist users in answering support questions and incidents. Perform activities that execute efficient and prompt resolution methods for all production reported incidents and problem management issues.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders and users to perform the management and facilitation of the incident lifecycle to include communication, triage and the resolution process.
Perform basic administrative tasks within the application to support user needs, and address user requests and support tickets.
Responsible for maintaining and recording data to prepare supporting metrics (Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators) to senior management.
Promotes a high quality customer centric focus when interacting with internal and external customers. Identifies opportunities to improve day-to-day operations, processes and procedures. Maintains updated playbooks for various business partners.
Qualifications
Associates’s Degree or equivalent
3-5 years of related experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification
nCino experience desired
Demonstrates ability to facilitate troubleshooting incidents with cross-functional teams
Demonstrates ability to facilitate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
Salesforce administrative knowledge and experience
Excellent team player with team building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
Maintain updated playbooks for various Lines of Business
Deliver metrics of KPI’s and KRI’s to Senior Leadership
