Job Description:

The CareAllies' Broker and Payer Relationship Senior Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the key Broker and Payer relationships that directly align with or impact the growth and retention plans of the contracted Independent Physicians Associations (IPAs) for which CareAllies performs management services. She/he/they works closely with business leaders, matrix partners and external partners (physicians, agents, brokers, payers, vendors, and field marketing organizations) to strengthen and drive improved patient retention, improved competitive positioning and increased patient growth while maintaining a strong brand reputation in the market.

The CareAllies' Sales Effectiveness Senior Manageris responsible for building the necessary strategy and capabilities to execute a successful patient growth and retention plan through CareAllies' aligned physician and broker/agent relationships as well as through the Payers contracted with CareAllies' aligned physicians and whose management of contracted reimbursement terms are supported by CareAllies. The individual will work collaboratively across multiple functional areas to align resources and efforts around the achievement of channel specific growth and retention goals. Success for this individual is defined as anticipating and building capabilities within established time lines and achieving outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead, participate and drive educational sessions within the Payers and Broker communities aligned to CareAllies' aligned physicians that coincide with Medicare enrollment cycles, in compliance with CMS guidelines as well as all other Payer contracted lines of business and products.

  • Provide ongoing education as needed relative to CareAllies' specific business products, services and functions that may impact Agent / Broker / Payer ability to support growth and retention objectives.

  • Build and maintain a strong Payer network to support Agent / Broker sales and growth opportunities

  • Work closely with local market Provider Engagement leads to stay apprised of changing market dynamics or personnel which may impact relationships or require an adjustment in strategy or alignment.

  • Ensure a compliant approach is always designed and maintained, such that both regulatory and ethical concerns are embraced, while optimizing patient-provider integrity.

  • Communicate clearly with Brokers, Agents, Field Marketing Organizations and other vendors as necessary around CareAllies' engagement expectations.

  • Attend meetings or conferences where representation and participation could be beneficial for strengthening Payer or Broker relations and affinity for CareAllies' value proposition.

  • Monitor business performance, external market activity and capture competitive intelligence for tracking and trending and adjust strategy accordingly as well as inform other business functions.

  • Schedule quarterly or bi-annual face to face meetings with local Broker contacts to discuss overall growth and retention outcomes. Develop action plans as needed and/or in conjunction with Provider Engagement and the physician.

  • Provide leadership oversight of all day-to-day patient retention and growth activities and pertinent operations, including but not limited to Provider Engagement Team meeting participation

  • Reports directly to the CareAllies' Growth Lead and works to develop and support communications and education materials to support growth objectives. Engages in and supports development of training and polices related to initiatives with guidance from CareAllies' Compliance and Legal.

  • Provide results-driven actions to ensure retention/acquisition activities and decisions are aligned to the strategy through an environment that leverages analytics, technology, best practices, innovation and talent, along with corporate-wide resources, to benefit the business line.

  • Research, analyze and monitor industry activity, competitive intelligence, demographic trends and patient experience insights to capitalize on market opportunities.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare, provider marketing or sales environment required

  • 7+ years of in-depth knowledge and understanding of fully funded and self funded health services products and government sector products and distribution required

  • Experience in developing and delivery of retention and marketing strategies

  • Preferred - Vendor/Broker relationship management experience

  • Preferred - Experience delivering distribution partner value & service excellence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Proven track record of success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.

  • Ability to travel 10% to 25%, subject to change.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 107,900 - 179,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
