Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT, this role is for a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator. The role is a full-time remote position on the Cigna's Commercial IT Producer Business Systems team within the Commercial IT organization focused on building experiences and digital engagement across B2B channels. The Commercial IT Business team is looking for a talented Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to bring our Salesforce platform and environments for B2B CRM engagement to another level.
We need your help in designing, building, and maintaining a responsive, data-driven, world class instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for Cigna's Producer brokers, and Cigna employer clients. In this position you will have an immediate opportunity to deliver impactful solutions for our Producer Relations, Marketing & Sales organizations, and have a direct impact on our B2B business and as such, the extreme growth of Cigna and Evernorth business to help millions of lives with better healthcare.
You will collaborate with Producer Relations, Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to optimize marketing automation tools across a variety of marketing channels, and to execute operational strategies using SFMC including: building comprehensive prospect/broker/client journeys, creating dynamic web pages and personalized content, and attributing prospect/customer interactions in order to facilitate a marketing automation engine which is capable of quickly implementing and pivoting marketing campaign initiatives based on attributable marketing campaign metrics.
As a technical application owner and strategic advisor for SFMC, the ideal candidate would possess expert knowledge of the SFMC platform and will evangelize and educate Cigna colleagues on its capabilities and features. Where the candidate lacks expert knowledge, they would dig in and learn. The ideal candidate will be curious, passionate, self-motivated, possess a high level of personal accountability, strive to be a good colleague, and eager to help. Further, the ideal candidate would excel at interfacing and collaborating with Producer Relations, Marketing, strategic business partners, product managers and Salesforce Platform Team colleagues within the Commercial IT Business Systems department to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, create technical specifications, design proof of concepts, develop minimum viable products, and implement elegant and scalable solutions.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 105,600 - 176,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
