The Manager of Clinic Operations will report to the Director of Clinic Operations. The Manager will also work closely with physicians and other clinic staff in order to oversee proper scheduling, and assure that the clinic is delivering exceptional patient care, as well as functioning efficiently. 

The Primary Care Operations Manager will be working in a fast-paced environment with a tenured and experienced staff. The 6 bays in the clinic are run by some of the best healthcare providers in the region. This department offers a wide variety of services, from chronic care, to rehabilitation, to emergency care. 

The Manager of Clinic Operations will oversee the day-to-day functions of the clinic, as well as manage daily activities. They will execute both operational and administrative functions. As the Manager, this individual will act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, clinic staff, and administration in order to best succeed as a clinic. The Manager will play an essential role in ensuring policies and procedures, and in making sure the clinic runs smoothly in order to provide optimal patient care.
