Duties / Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain software tools used for performance and availability monitoring and alerting, in support of enterprise business applications and services.


• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain performance monitoring agents and scripts.


• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve issues impacting business service performance or availability.


• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of IT configuration items.

Education / Experience

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.


• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems, networks and databases.  Experience with enterprise system management tools and/or application development a plus.


• Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.


• Zero to three years of related IT work experience with system management tools.
