 Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 / hour

Schedule: up to 40 hours per week; Monday - Thursday 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM and rotating Saturday 8:30 AM - Noon

As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This is a Full-Time position working up to 40 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. 

Customer Service Associates are Responsible For:

  • Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service

  • Processing customer transactions

  • Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution

  • Counting cash and balancing a drawer

  • Maintaining bank and customer records

Qualities We Look For:

  • Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build relationships

  • Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems

  • Ability to adapt to change 

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least six months of experience in customer service; cash handling is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail
