JOB SUMMARY

• The Reporting Product Manager collaborate s with the Field and Corporate to gather, assess, and prioritize reporting and data needs . This individual will influence the direction of reporting solutions through research, vision-setting, alignment, and prioritization . This individual will m anage solution deployments and releases as well as partner with key resources on design, test ing , and train ing activities.
  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to Director of Data Management S olutions
  
  

• Cultivates relationships with key Field and Corporate personnel and serve s as a main liaison to this community
  
  


• Works with the key leaders to define and manage to the reporting delivery roadmap
  
  


• Capture s reporting requests and feedback through documented standards , processes , report specifications, and design mockups
  
  


• Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities t hat improve d ata management and report delivery
  
  


• Works closely with product owner s and technical resources t o deliver reporting solutions in practical yet innovative ways
  
  

• Provides oversight for migrating critical reports from legacy to new reporting framework
  
  


• Provide s training and operational support to field and administrative personnel for BI tools and solutions
  
  

KEY COMPETENCIES

• I ntermediate or strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams / SharePoint
  
  

• Intermediate or strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  
  


• Proficient written and oral communication skills
  
  


• Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL query writing
