Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Provide a brief description of why the job exists. Support sales reps, customer service specialists and/or internal departments on by providing freight quotes for Capital products across multiple Medline divisions, and assisting the Installation Specialists with coordinating white glove deliveries.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: List the essential job responsibilities in descending order of importance.

Logistics Coordinator

1. Collaborate with Medline transportation team and our vendors to provide timely and accurate freight quotes to Medline Sales Reps and their customers.

2. Create and maintain project tracker for all POs relevant to the project, product deliveries to the installer prior to the installation date.

3. Assist the Installation Specialist with coordinating white glove installation services for capital & furnishing products.

4. Support operation functions such as submitting OSIs for damaged products, initiating product scrapping transactions, and initiating inventory transfers.

5. Ensure all relevant product assembly & installation information is sent to the installers prior to installation date.

Order Entry

6. Generate sales orders and subcontracting POs to our workrooms.

Mockup Tracker

7. Create and maintain file of all projects that require a mockup.

8. Follow up with sales reps once mockup has shipped to obtain signed mockup approval form.

Education

Relevant Work Experience

Experience in a scheduling or logistics coordination position.
