Airport Project Manager - Charge at Beta Technologies in SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

• Managing the design and construction of on-airport Ground Support Equipment, including electric aircraft chargers. Represent BETA throughout the project lifecycle and ensure our design and construction partners are aligned with and delivering on BETA's mission.

Minimum Qualifications we are seeking

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or business is preferred.


• >3 years experience with project management of on-airport construction projects.


• Experience with the FAA 7460 process and Airport Layout Plans.


• Understanding of common design and construction delivery methods. Candidates should be familiar with how these methods function and the owner's risk inherent to each.


• Interpersonal skills for engagement and coordination with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.


• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to track and report on multiple on-going projects.


• Well-versed with project management software, gantt charts/schedules, and project data organization.


• Able to think creatively and work effectively with problems that lack obvious answers.


• Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with Slack and Google Suite software; sheets, documents, slides, etc.


• Comfortable taking ownership of project health, tasks, and lessons learned.

Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you

• Experience with AutoCad, BlueBeam, or similar software for quick development and markup of schematic site plans.


• Firm grasp of AIA documentation including standard contracts and payment applications.


• Entrepreneurial mindset.


• FAA Private Pilot License
