Job Description:

This is a Salary PLUS Commission position, ranging $85K-$150K. Looking for candidates specifically in the state of California due to business needs.

Maximize sales revenues to meet Innovative Medical Management and Harris Corporate objectives.


  • Accountable for all activities of the Sales department to ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs.

  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

  • Plan and manage development and execution of sales strategies and marketing activities.

  • Manage all sales activity across the group, ensuring well-balanced sales activity to ensure achievement of sales plan.

  • Develop quota and commission plans for Sales personnel.

  • Cross-sell and create equitable sales relationships with other business units.

  • Maintain effective communication with executives and managers across the business unit to ensure proper awareness of current initiatives and goals to meet the needs of the organization.

  • Present credible experience/solutions to key client decision-makers.

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to define, implement, and manage marketing strategy, craft messaging, review budget, set short- and long-term goals and KPIs.

  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

Manage and develop sales team members.


  • Facilitate full employee life cycle, including hiring, coaching, motivating, and training of direct reports.

  • Evaluate the performance and development of all sales professionals within the group.

  • Educate team in terms of sales enablement process, messaging, strategy development.

  • Encourage development of team to be industry subject matter experts; encourage participation in blog contributions, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.

  • Empower team with necessary tools to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.

What are we looking for?


  • A proven leader with in-depth healthcare revenue cycle management services and healthcare software industry experience with knowledge of Workers Compensation and Personal Injury claims.

  • A record of building high-performance teams and outstanding relationships with internal and external customers.

  • A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills.

  • Sound financial acumen.

  • 5+ years’ experience in the Healthcare field.

  • 5+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • The ability to travel long distance/overnight up to 50% of the time

What will make you stand out?


  • Experience in the Perioperative space.

  • Experience with the California Workers Compensation provider billing and collections industry

  • Experience with personal injury claims, life cycle of the claims and the medical providers role in the process

  • Experience with Workers Compensation claims in any State.
