About this role:
The SAP Functional Consultant should use functional skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively support end users using SAP CRM solution in order to improve customers' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Consultant should be expected to work supporting our customer problem management team whilst not on Project work and should use their expertise and skills in SAP design, development, integration, testing and deployment to help our clients achieve their objectives. As a key member of the CRM Team the SAP CRM Consultant should ensure design and realization of functional solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements, assess available technologies, recommend solution options according to the customers activities and requirements and should collaborate with end users, other consultants and core stakeholders. SAP CRM Consultant may serve as team member or lead consultant and should be able to work independently.
