Communications & Change Management Support Lead Analyst - Work from Home at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting the development, delivery and coordination of Change Management related communications in support of Enterprise Operations. This individual will work closely with Change Managers to develop integrated Change Management & Communications strategies and plans and will support the development of Change Management collateral. This collateral may include, but is not limited to, both written and visual communication such asemail communications, Infographics, Readiness Forum content, Iris sites, Leader Toolkits & Talking Points, and video messaging scripts and content - all designed to drive adoption and sustainment of change.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the writing/editing/proofing of Change Management focused communications for various teams and stakeholder groups across Service Operations

  • Support the Service Operations Change Management team by assisting w/ the development of written and visual collateral, presentations, talking points, infographics, and more

  • Support strategies and tactics to effectively communicate, aligned with Change Management priorities and plans

  • Manage and organize the Change Management communication calendar and inventory for coordination across the Change Management team and priorities

  • Work closely with Change Management team members to organize and prepare distribution lists as part of the Change Management Communication plan

  • Coordinate and administer delivery of communications, where appropriate

  • Work with Change Managers to monitor and evaluate communication metrics, where possible

  • Build effective partnership with SME's to enable content delivery and feedback

  • Model effective communication and change management skills, activities and behaviors during all work efforts

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, communicate effectively with various levels of management, process owners, stakeholders, and other audiences through a variety of communication methods

Job Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in communications related role strongly preferred

  • Ability to convey complex information into meaningful, effective communication content

  • Proficient in Microsoft products (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.) - Design skills and proficiency (e.g. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) a plus

  • Communication &/or Change Management certifications or accreditations a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Keen attention to detail, and ability to adhere and adapt to various strategies that support our change management plans

  • Demonstrated flexibility and nimbleness to work and thrive in a dynamic/fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, assignments and deadlines

  • An understanding of how people and organizations go through change and the change process

  • Experience supporting change management initiatives in a small to medium scale business environment is also a plus


  • Collaborative and energetic approach to teamwork

  • General knowledge of Cigna's brand and business - with an eagerness to learn more

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,100 - 113,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
