Scope

The ESIS, Integrated Absence Management Role is responsible for the growth and profitability of this product and service. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to develop and drive initiatives to continually innovate and expand the value proposition to our customers. The VP, Integrated Absence Management, is a critical role in the success of ESIS overall initiatives. The leader will manage a team of industry professionals focused on the IAM product and services. This role is part of the ESIS Executive Committee with accountability and collaboration across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

- Drive thought leadership and industry expertise on Integrated Absence Management

- Deliver execution excellence, driving innovative initiatives to support client’s needs

- Advance industry leading product and service offerings delivering profitable growth

- Develop and execute sales plan including targeted account processes.

- Manage all aspects of contract execution with Client Services and Legal Services.

- Actively engage in budget process, meeting or exceeding revenue and expense targets.

- Develop marketing collateral to support IAM and leave sourced through partnerships.

- Solution architect to consult and provide oversight and direction on client SPDs, system configurations and automations.

- Provide compliance oversight and updates on various regulations for all leave and disability products and services.

- Subject matter expert and resource for all ESIS IAM capabilities presentations.

- Direct post sale activities by working through the implementation process.

- Collaborate across the organization to ensure highest standards of best practices are developed and adhered to.

- Lead team of IAM professionals with talent management focus.

- Manage and oversight for all vendor relationships and contracts to support IAM.

- Partner on cross marketing strategies with other company entities and manages product and process improvements that are related to the strategy.

- In depth knowledge of integrated absence management product and service offerings.

- Demonstrated pattern of delivering outcome based business processes and results.

- Experience in leadership and management roles of complex service models.

- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

- Established leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent

- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills including effective relationship builder.

- Proven ability to leverage data analytics in decision making process and the ability to operationalize data for optimal client service results.

- Ability and willingness to travel (50%+).

- Strong negotiating techniques and sales closing skills.

- Excellent presentation skills
