You Will

• Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations




• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures




• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution




• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures




• Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have

• Ability to work the following schedule: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend




• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent




• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machines and equipment (production, warehouse, etc.)




• Hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge




• Working knowledge interpreting technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints and schematics




• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve




• Desire to be a productive team member in a positive work environment




• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation.
