Job Description:

A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New York is now searching for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This established acute care facility was founded over one hundred years ago and today houses nearly 400 licensed beds and offers a wide variety of medical and surgical services. This state-of-the-art medical center provides a number of patient care services including behavioral health, oncology services, cardiopulmonary and vascular services, emergency and critical care, radiology services, maternity and pediatric care, wound and home care, and much more.

Reporting to the Manager of Women’s Imaging Services, the Ultrasound Technologist will produce expert radiographs and diagnostic breast ultrasounds. The Ultrasound Technologist will assist with quality controls, consults with patients, and assists with any support services. This is a full-time day shift position, hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Job Requirements:

• ARDMS certification or ability to obtain


• Prior working experience as an Ultrasound Technologist


• Working knowledge of ultrasound equipment and regulations
