• Experience working closely with product managers and other teams to lead feature implementation and identify solutions when appropriate.


• A desire to go above and beyond basic requirements to support their team and others.


• A passion for learning and evangelizing industry best practices like Test Driven Design and Pair Programming.


• A history of evaluating and recommending libraries, solutions, and frameworks that help improve quality, speed of delivery, and outcomes


• A good understanding of architecture that allows them to influence multiple systems or processes.


• The ability to articulate engineering design patterns related to scale, performance, security, and usability.


• Proven history of coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers.

• 5 or more years of professional full-stack software development experience with a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience.


• 3 or more years of Modern JavaScript frameworks; React is preferred.


• Strong experience and advanced aptitude in mobile development: React Native preferred.


• Expert knowledge and understanding of HTTP, REST, Graph QL and modern web and mobile technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.


• 8 or more years of relevant professional experience.


• Expert knowledge of high-quality and modern consumer/customer-facing mobile experiences.


• Test-driven development, refactoring, automated unit test, integration test, functional test, and continuous integration/deployment. (JEST, Cypress or similar tools)


• Mentor – guide and advise younger talent
