Position Summary: Independant Contract Coordinators are responsible for the recruitment of new drivers, completing the contracting process and the administration of our documentation, verification, compliance and approval processes.

This position requires someone who is an extreme multi-tasker able to juggle phone calls, walk-ins and multiple pieces of paperwork as well as someone with the attention to details to check contracts for dotted I's and crossed t's. Must also be personable in order to greet, meet and explain the opportunity as an independent contractor making deliveries for LaserShip. This position is 1/3rd Sales, 1/3rd Recruiting, and 1/3 Admin.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all IC hiring and updating info, working with new FC's once interviewed and Onboarding started till completed in ADP
• CSR with phones in the office
• Effectively communicate recruiting and ad placement needs to the Delivery Resources recruiting team
• Accurately enters IC information into company systems
• Manage all aspects of the contractual relationship between LaserShip and Master Contractors and/or ICs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between LaserShip and Master Contractors and/or IC's
• Oversee compliance with IC Operating Agreement, regulatory requirements and shipper expectations
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with Master Contractors and/or ICs's
• Manage security clothing and other contractor related inventory

Pay: $20 Hourly

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday w/possible overtime and /or weekend rotation
