Job Summary




  • Create and process quotes across multiple product lines and customers
  • Process incoming purchase orders
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) for multiple sales teams
  • Run sales reports using data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other web based programs
  • Research bidding & planning jobs by reading plans and specifications
  • Respond to questions and requests from customers (both internal and external)
  • Manage product sample inventory and order samples from multiple vendors as necessary
  • Participate in sales meetings to take notes and summarize findings
  • Manage and input pricing in ERP software
  • Special projects as needed



Requirements




  • Technical proficiency with laptops, web-based software, smart phones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player that collaborates well with others
  • Able to calculate basic business math functions such as margin, % increase/decrease, sales vs. budget, etc.



Preferrable




  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Construction and/or product manufacturer background
  • Customer relations experience
  • Experience reading construction documents (plans and specifications)
