Job Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION

To assist Consolidated Financial Operations in gathering information, data input, and document storage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Retrieve and copy various documents, from boxes, upon request from guests/co-workers etc.
  • Sort daily envelopes by tender type, put envelopes in boxes and properly label the boxes.
  • Sort daily audit paperwork/mail and deliver to respective departments.
  • Move empty and or full boxes when needed.
  • Move bins containing daily paperwork when needed.
  • Scan various Gaming and Non-gaming documents.
  • Input data into excel spreadsheets.
  • File daily audit paperwork into appropriate boxes.
  • Properly label the boxes.
  • Attribute testing for various Gaming and Non-Gaming documents.
  • Data input in CMS to generate W2G.
  • Access ERM, CMS, SDS, Xpert X, Infogenesis and Micros for report procurement.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.

    EDUCATION: High School graduate, some college preferred.

    EXPERIENCE: One to two years of file clerk or related experience.

    ABILITIES: 1. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

  • Be able to stand on one's feet for long periods of time.
  • Be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds when needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
