JOB SUMMARY:

The Surveillance Supervisor protects the assets of the Hotel/Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras, and communicates findings to the Surveillance Manager and Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years management experience required.
• Bachelors' degree or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Games/slot training.
• Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations
• Use of office equipment and computers.
• On-going management development training.
• Interaction with law enforcement and courtroom
• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

Very fast paced environment. Must be able to handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke. Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts.
