This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year. This is a short-term, non-benefited position for 5-10 hours per week over approximately 8 weeks. The position will report to the Executive and Academic Director for Internationalization in the Office of Internationalization (INTZ) who reports directly to the Vice Provost for Internationalization.
Essential Functions
This Fulbright Coordinator will work collaboratively with INTZ to provide logistics for the US Student Fulbright application process. The primary duty is supporting students and alumni to ensure success in navigating the review and submission process. This includes establishing and coordinating campus faculty review committees, providing input on application components and general advising. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the various types of US Student Fulbright program and the critical language enhancement awards.

Ability to work directly with faculty and students
Well-versed in technological skills including Microsoft produces and the Fulbright portal system
Ability to prioritize, organize and schedule groups of students and faculty members
Act as a mentor for students in sheparding their applications through the system
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of various types of US Student Fulbright program and the critical language enhancement awards
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and schedule meetings
Ability to analyze and synthesize committee feedback
Work Schedule
Up to 5-10 hours per week with a flexible schedule for up to 8 weeks. Remote work option available.

Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $25.00
