Reporting to the CNO, the Director of Surgical Services will be fully supported by Executive Leadership and experienced nursing and OR staff, including an Assistant Nurse Manager in the oversight of 60 full time employees.

This challenging and rewarding position allows the Nurse Director to build their dream team. The strong Perioperative Nurse Leader will develop and oversee program outcomes within the unit. They will develop and implement programs/plans that align with improving quality and patient satisfaction. Functioning as a leader, innovator and coordinator, they will utilize resources to achieve short and long-term strategic goals.

The ideal Surgical Services Director will have a progressive leadership background in an acute care hospital. CNOR certification will earn quick interviews!
