Overview

We are looking for an AVP of New Starts to join our team.

You will report directly to the SVP of Business Development and be responsible for identifying and coordinating the development of new business opportunities in new start markets; managing the new start team to include training and professional development; assisting in development and
implementation of strategies; and, initiating sales and marketing activity to meet or exceed goals. Works collaboratively with Regional Business Development team and Regional Operations Team to support the overall success of New Start Markets.

About You


  • Familiarity with state and federal guidelines and regulations

  • Working knowledge of budget development, financial profit/loss process, and human resources

  • Ability to work with confidential information

  • Well organized and confident to work independently, but is a team player

  • Ability to communicate clearly to remote field, mid-level, and executive staff

  • Exercises professional judgement and demonstrates good problem-resolution skills

  • Very comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities

  • Strong follow-up skills

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree Required

  • Five years previous direct sales experience in healthcare service industry required

  • 2 to 4 years previous health care sales management required

License/Certification:
  • Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance coverage
Training/Equipment:

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Basic PowerPoint skills

  • Experience reviewing data in electronic systems

  • Experience with HomeCare-HomeBase preferred


This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
