Overview

As an Associate Product Manager you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide . Our product team is constantly innovating and expanding into new verticals and capabilities in addition to building and maintaining some of the best-in-class healthcare brands and products in market . As an Associate Product Manager, you may be relatively new to the product job family . You have always been interested in the intersection of business, technology and human-centered design and aspire to build great products . You want to deliver great experiences for users and work with awesome people doing it.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders to deliver products that people love


• Perform user discovery, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify the best opportunities and experiences to deliver value to customers


• Define and break down features into deliverable chunks with the engineering team


• Partner with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to better understand their needs and constraints

• Define a learning agenda for your product and run tests to validate assumptions


• Track key metrics to share with the product organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience


• Demonstrated results in being able to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan


• Proven track record in Business, Technology OR Human-Centered Design with exposure to the other two aspects of the product discipline


• Familiarity with design thinking and lean start-up methodologies


• Strong analytical mindset

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,900 - 151,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
