The position will report to the Head of Compliance Risk Management Program (CRMP). This leadership role is responsible for leading Global Compliance Reporting and Analytics.

Responsibilities include:


  • Design, automate and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for Global Compliance Programs.


  • Report KRI results quarterly to Compliance Leadership and other key stakeholders and monitor the KRIs to ensure they are continuing to meet their stated objectives.


  • Report key metrics to Compliance Leadership monthly to provide insights on issue trends, quality review, plan completion and results.


  • Develop CRMP reporting templates to be used by Compliance teams for key stakeholder discussions/touchpoints.


  • Prepare Board level reporting for the Compliance Department, as needed.


  • Develop and mature the use of data analytics techniques to support monitoring and testing activities executed by local Compliance teams. Promote the usage of data analytics and upskill compliance teams on data literacy, where necessary.


  • Partner with second and third line, as well as the Global Technology Data Office for data acquisition and to advance data analytics, enterprise tooling and infrastructure needs.


Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess executive presence and energy and be highly collaborative. Qualifications include:


  • Demonstrated success in providing/developing value-added insights and presentations that focus on the underlying drivers.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to multi-task, work independently and influence others.


  • Agile and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, with a focus on quality deliverables/outcomes.


  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to partner effectively and enable the team with simplified practices and solutions.


  • Ability to understand business fundamentals and business strategy.


  • Ability to work across teams and collaborate with others to drive execution.


  • Ability to courageously learn and test new ideas without fear of failure.


  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI


  • Advanced Excel knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree


  • 8+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $144,500.00 to $195,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
