Job Summary:


We attribute much of our success to the strength of our Marketing Team and we’re looking to expand our team with a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator focusing on Event Management with experience in Adobe InDesign. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting in the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.  Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute campaigns, which improve company brand recognition, generate sales leads, strengthen our partnerships and/or increase our revenue per client. This includes the identification, selection, creation and oversight of campaign deliverables and success measures.  


• Create relevant, concise, and compelling copy and visual design for use with marketing collateral, informational resources, promotional materials, communications and electronic media (e.g. web, mobile, email and digital platforms).


• Collaborate with Growth (Sales) Team to identify opportunities and efforts which will aid in company awareness, lead activity, lead development and lead closing activities. 


• Support the creation, distribution and tracking of email marketing initiatives. Leverages marketing automation tools to identify and implement customer journeys and nurturing pathways. 


• Leverage analytics and key performance indicators to improve and quantify the impact of campaign initiatives.


• Coordinate and oversee work with external vendors or partnerships, where identified, to ensure quality and effectiveness of programs or partnerships.


• Coordinate logistics and promotions for company sponsored-events, tradeshows, activities or campaigns as identified. 


• Contribute to overall Marketing function by completing a variety of assigned projects and duties as assigned with accuracy and timeliness.


Education & Experience


Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, English or Graphic Design preferred) and a minimum of 3 years job related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 


Required:


• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills


• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required


• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design required


• Basic understanding of HTML and marketing automation tools (i.e. Pardot, MailChimp, Salesforce) desired


• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing


• Experience with research using data analytics software preferred


Knowledge Skills & Abilities:


• High computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology, which includes word processing, desktop publishing, basic graphic design, email marketing software and basic HTML.


• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. 


• Excellent written communication skills.


• Strong problem solving skills.


• Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
