Job Description:

The Marketing Growth Specialist is responsible for providing support and collaborating with internal and external clients on key deliverables and projects, in addition to tracking weekly status, providing communication to cross-functional departments, metrics, and reporting Marketing effectiveness based on the team’s objectives. This role also supports special marketing projects including strategic support and growth initiatives, targeted promotions, and distinct growth programs for internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

1.        Serves as a central contact point for all marketing growth programs.

2.        Provides day-to-day coordination for various marketing programs under the direct guidance of the senior management team.

3.        Coordinates schedules and deadlines for projects; Creates and updates tasks and assign priorities.

4.        Supports report outs on measurement, analysis and reporting of Marketing related data and performance including growth drivers and inhibitors, vendor promotional analysis, and private brand performance.

5.        Develops on-going reports and scorecards for Marketing to track key performance metrics, return on investment metrics, and goal achievement process.

6.        Supports company’s website updates, uploads, and site testing.

7.        Develops effective cross-functional relationships with business personnel/platforms.

8.        Provides professional and positive problem-solving skills when resolving conflicts.

9.        Acts as liaison between Marketing, Supplier Community, and other stakeholders.

10.     Assists with coordinating Vendor support of Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales objectives.

11.     Assists in quality control of all Marketing collateral.

12.     Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

·         3-5 years of experience, preferably in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Merchandising, or similar industry.

·         Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

·         Knowledge of Monday.com or equivalent project management tool preferred.
