Support Center Analyst Intern at Park Place Technologies in Westborough, Massachusetts

Job Description:

LEARNING OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: 

• Understand why hardware maintenance is critical to customer operations 


• Gain foundation of computer hardware lifecycle 


• Real world exposure to hardware and data center management  


• Analyze statistical data and apply to overall company efficiency  


•  Interact with ParkViewand understand its competitive advantages


• Interact with managed services offerings focused on software, network, OS, etc.

 

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE: 

• Learn about the operations of Park Place Technologies


• Identify customer problems and provide First Level Support


• Shadow Advanced Engineers for technical problem solving


• Interns will be assigned short to medium term projects that include learning by doing, managing
  information, analysis, administrative tasks, and require strong communication and interpersonal
  skills.


• After completing assignments, interns will be able to make recommendations and summarize their
  accomplishments.


• Participates in team and other company meetings.


• Prepares reports.


• Responds to miscellaneous business requests


• Other tasks and duties as assigned
