SUMMARY: The overall objective of the Reliability Program Consultant is to ensure safe and reliable operation of all global production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost and to drive the implementation of multiple reliability programs, initiatives, and methodologies. The Reliability Program Consultant will be responsible for owning and monitoring critical reliability programs such as Water Treatment and Mechanical Integrity globally at Linde Plc. Responsibilities: - Assist regional operations/reliability organizations on implementation of AIMS (Asset Integrity Management Standard), including effective Mechanical Integrity program for fixed equipment - Function as global technical subject matter expert to support regions in evaluating mechanical inspection data and finalizing mitigations - Assist operations/reliability organizations on implementation of effective pipeline integrity programs - Provide technical recommendations for corrosion control and material selection for equipment maintenance, repairs, plant changes (MOCs), and capital projects. - Assembly, evaluation, and auditing of plant Process Safety Information (PSI) - Review and update global fixed equipment Preventive Maintenance program - Support operations as point of contact for optimizing supplier relationships, contract management & renewal, pricing negotiation, resolution of operational issues, etc. in the fixed equipment space - Assist in identifying and selecting designs, equipment, and materials of construction for current operations and new builds to facilitate optimal TCO of fixed equipment - Provide subject matter expertise to assist SHEQ, operations, and reliability in updating and implementing the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) standard for all facilities - Develop Risk Based Inspection (RBI) approach and standard for Linde Gases - Participate in and/or lead Reliability Assessments for all operating sites - Engage and work across company organizations (SHEQ, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Engineering, Finance) as required to identify and develop strategic solutions of long-term asset concerns (reliability threats). - Support reliability programs such as RAM, FMEA, RCA, PM Reviews, spare parts analysis, equipment analysis, and analysis of suppliers. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar Engineering with at least 10 years' experience in Mechanical Integrity or Asset Integrity Programs & Projects in an industrial environment - Experience with applicable governmental regulations such as OSHA PSM and industry standards for fixed equipment integrity - API-510, 570, & 576 certifications - Understanding of maintenance & reliability methodologies and strategies such as maintenance management, Preventive Maintenance strategies, Condition Based Maintenance strategies, CMMS systems, etc. - Working knowledge of operation, maintenance, and reliability of fixed equipment in an industrial environment. - Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams. - Ability to travel up to 15% globally as necessary Preferred Qualifications: - Proven leadership and global experience in mechanical integrity - Understands the multi-disciplinary aspects of corrosion & materials selection - API-521 & 581 certifications - NACE certification - Experience with industrial metallurgical coating systems and corrosion mitigation techniques including cathodic protection, insulation, coating systems as well as most engineering materials (metals & non-metals) - CMRP or CRE certification All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
