The Day Camp Lead Counselor is a cause-driven, dynamic member of the YMCA summer team and provides direct supervision of a group of children in a seasonal day camp; plans and executes camper programs and assists in promoting a safe, consistent and stimulating experience. This leader also supports the management of camp assessment systems. Provides a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
