Dama Financial is looking for a talented product manager to join our product team. Product Managers drive the product vision, strategy, delivery and execution across the organization. They will have the responsibility to define the best-in-class product experience cross Dama's product lines from wholesale and retail software to payment and business services. What you'll do:

Be product owner focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow Dama's software products.
Define Product strategy, vision and roadmap while being very hands on driving execution with defining specifications and managing releases.
Have an acute understanding of the customer needs. Be the voice of the customer through regular, recurring feedback and use it to drive product roadmaps.
Establish Product OKRs, KPIs, and a scalable product management process focused on customer value and business impact; leverage data to guide product direction and execute against the business strategy
Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicate and prioritize product roadmaps, and gain buy-in from executive leadership.
Work with development team closely, collaborate on the entire product development lifecycle and help develop processes for delivery and testing. Communicate product releases within and outside the company.
Be able to actively share vision/context/insights with the rest of the company and external partners.

Who you are:

Self-starter and customer obsessed problem solver. Willing to go extra miles to know as much as you can about the audiences you are designing for and make design decisions based on their needs.
Able to keep track of multiple projects at once. Adaptable and welcome changes. Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity and complexity, in a detailed, organized way.
Experience in the cannabis industry or B2B SaaS.
Are an excellent communicator, able to inspire others to help you make your vision a reality, able to share knowledge with non-technical audiences.
Are data-driven, and actively avoid making 'gut' decisions

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience working with software development team in Fintech, Payment, SaaS.


Work Environment
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; possess skills to work independently or in a group setting; Flexible personality, as needs change depending on needs of the organization; can influence a large span of relationships and levels; general business office environment.

Due to the nature of financial systems, you will be required to pass a background check.
