We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice working for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO's.

A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables all members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.

We are expanding and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Big Four trained Transaction Advisory experienced candidates looking to leave the audit firms and the conflicts that they endure to join a growing, highly successful and truly entrepreneurial firm.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry & client exposure

  • Contribute to & lead projects & work streams reporting directly to the Managing Directors & Senior Directors

  • Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in Switzerland and across geographies and build broad international deal experience

  • Gain exposure to senior members of the team in Switzerland and internationally gaining 'on the job' learning & development in addition to established formal training programmes

  • Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction

  • Work alongside A&M's operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal process

  • Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships

Essential experience:

  • Exceptional educational background including a strong focus on Finance and / or Mathematics

  • Big 4 trained - 3 - 6 years of experience in Transaction Services exposure to international corporates, Private Equity firms and M&A would be advantageous

  • Fluent business level English and German or French is important. Additional European language skills including Dutch, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
